DYE SUBLIMATION
Sublimation, or dye sublimation is a unique process that produces full color, vibrant, photo-realistic prints. This method allows you to transfer your design to a variety of different materials. You're not limited to just t-shirts. With sublimation, canvas, plastics, ceramics and metal materials are all possible.
ABOUT SUBLIMATION
In this process, your artwork is first printed onto a sheet of high-release paper. Next it's transferred onto your item using heat and pressure. The heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas and bonds them to the fibers. Unlike traditional printing, the ink is absorbed by the item, leaving a soft, smooth feel.
